Do I need a reservation?

Yes. We provide Private Tours customized to your group preferences, so advance reservations are required.

What are the sizes of private tours?
Luxury SUVs (Up to 5 passengers) Executive Mercedes Benz Sprinters (Up to 8 passengers)
How long are Private Tours?
6.5 hours or 8.5 hours.
How many wineries are covered in the private tour?

6.5 Hours visit 2 wineries.

8.5 Hours visit 3 wineries.

Are Gratuity included?

No, but drivers would be appreciative of the gesture for your personal thank you! Gratuity for the wine pourers at the wineries is not included, but also appreciated.  Don’t forget cash or ask your driver for other methods to tip, such as Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp.

Is Lunch included in the price?

No, lunch is not included in Private Transportation Tour Cost.

Do wineries have restaurants?

Some Wineries have restaurants or food trucks. Please inform ALR if you would like to schedule lunch for reservations.

Are wine-tasting costs Included in the price?

No, but once you’ve selected your winery choices and hours are selected cost for Group tasting will need to be pre-purchased for your group.

What are the payment methods?

All major credit cards, PayPal and Cash App.

What if I need to cancel?

Private reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 48 hours, but the tour can be rescheduled from the date of cancellation up to one year. If canceled 5 days before, a $250 restocking fee will be charged. The cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance returned.

What if ALR needs to cancel?

If any unforeseen circumstances arise, such as road hazards/construction delays, severe weather, or other reasons beyond our control that would make the trip unsafe, you will be contacted as soon as possible to determine the next steps (including the necessity to reschedule).  The reservation may be used up to one year on a rescheduled date, if necessary.  Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage that may result from the cancellation or delay.
